Blink Systems Limited is a Ugandan registered company that has been driving the cashless revolution in Uganda since 2018, through its BlinkPay Agnostic Payments' Orchestration Platform (POP).
The BlinkPay Orchestration Platform consolidates all the key components of digital payment processing, streamlines the integration and management of multiple payment service providers, optimizes payment routing, and offers businesses a modern, AI-powered digital engagement channel — improving customer engagement, cutting operational costs, and providing 24/7 customer service availability.
It runs on the Blink Rail Payments infrastructure, made up of six rails: the Payout Rail for disbursements, the Inbound Rail for collections and membership billing, the Merchant Rail behind the BlinkPay POS, the BlinkPay API, the Conversational Rail for WhatsApp-based engagement, and the Value Services Rail for analytics and reporting.

How commissions work
On every bill payment and airtime or data sale made through the BlinkPay POS, the commission earned is shared 60% to the merchant and 40% to Blink Systems — deposited instantly to the merchant's account.
