Blink Payout Rail
Blink Payout Rail lets you disburse payments to many beneficiaries' mobile money accounts at once. It's a favorite for organizations that regularly send funds directly to different people's mobile money accounts.
Payments go out as a spreadsheet upload, and can be configured to require multiple authorizations before a disbursement is released.

Charges
A 0.5% transaction fee applies to the value disbursed. All charges except network operator fees appear on your transaction statement — email support@blinkpay.co.ug if anything looks unclear.
